<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission power control method which attains desired receiving quality preventing increase in average transmitted power even when a gain variation of a propagation path of a comparatively short period occurs. <P>SOLUTION: Transmission power corresponding to a gain variation of a propagation path is controlled so that communication channel capacity increases. Namely, the transmitted power is determined so that the sum of noise power (=receiving noise power/propagation path gain) converted into a transmitting end and the transmitted power becomes constant as shown in Fig.4. Accordingly, in a way contrary to the conventional one, the transmitted power is controlled to be decreased when the propagation path gain decreases, and to be increased when the propagation path gain increases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
