<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering efficiently and inexpensively a glycoprotein complex from natural resources. <P>SOLUTION: This method for recovering a glycoprotein complex includes processes for: immersing a biological sample containing the glycoprotein complex into 0.11-0.15N alkali solution; and recovering the solution after immersion. In the method, a glycoprotein complex can be recovered simply in a short time in the unmodified and undecomposed state, whereby production cost of the glycoprotein complex can be reduced greatly, in comparison with a conventional extraction method, Further, a highly industrially-useful glycoprotein complex can be recovered from an inedible portion of fishes, birds and mammals or the like which has been discarded hitherto, to thereby contribute to effective utilization of industrial waste and to reduction of the industrial waste itself. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
