WELDING DEVICE FOR STEEL FLOOR SLAB

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device capable of welding an abutting portion of a deck plate and a closed-section rib in a steel floor slab from the inside of a closed space.

SOLUTION: The welding device 1 has such a dimension that its whole body can pass through the closed space s in the longitudinal direction. The welding device includes: trucks 10, 20, a welding torch 30 capable of facing the abutting portion of the deck plate and the closed-section rib; a wire feeder 40 capable of feeding a weld wire w to the welding torch 30; and a cable 50 capable of supplying gas and electric power to the welding torch 30. The welding operation is performed from the inside of the closed space s while traveling the trucks 10, 20 by the welding torch 30.
