<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner which is miniaturized, and capable of reducing windage loss. <P>SOLUTION: A first duct 10 and a second duct 20 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction. In the first duct 10 on the lower side, a first fan 15 is farther from a first suction port 12 of the first duct 10 than a first fan motor 16.
