<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrinkage-type time machine for backward utilizing a meu type neutrino. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the production of a time machine for backward, utilizing a meu type neutrino which is shrunk in a brain wrinkle, small intestine or eddy form to technically eliminate the need of long distance necessary for striking out from an accelerator on a narrow land at low cost, and making the field exceeding the light speed easy to go back the time to backward by relativism.
