<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stator of salient pole-concentrated winding of an electric motor which does not require members for wire connection such as bus rings by removing wire connecting work between in-phase different poles, and is capable of reducing production cost by simplifying production processes of the stator. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stator of salient pole-concentrated winding of an electric motor includes arranging coil groups 18 for three phases each of which is composed of a plurality of coils 13 on which one winding wire 14 is wound, interposing linking parts 14T therebetween, and which are arranged stepwise so that their height levels gradually lowers as going from a first layer L1 to an nth layer Ln, so that arranging orders for the three phases in the individual layers are coincident with one another. The method further includes inserting them into teeth 11b of a stator core 11 while aligning all the coils 13 in line by, until all the coils are brought at the same level, repeating an operation of displacing the coil, while bypassing the linking parts 14T for the other phases, so as to bring its height at the same height of one reference layer, succeedingly starting from the coil 13 closest to the one reference layer, where the one reference layer is selected arbitrary among the layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
