<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication performance in a multi-hop transfer system of a radio communication network to improve reliability and stability of the radio data transmission, in particular, to enable optimal radio transfer path selection corresponding to performance error and required performance of a radio communication device. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication device comprises a measurement counter, a buffer and a timer, and the measurement counter includes a retransmission measurement part and a transfer measurement part, and the buffer includes a counter table storage part. The measurement counter measures a retransmission time and/or retransmission frequency in a retransmission operation by the retransmission measurement part using the timer and measures a transfer time and/or transfer frequency in a transfer operation by the transfer measurement part using the timer, both operations being performed when the radio communication device transmits data.
