<p>A speculum is provided, comprising two or more blades moveable between an open and a closed position, and a light mounting device for mounting a light source on the speculum. The light mounting device comprises a first attachment means for attaching the mounting device to the speculum at or towards the speculum mouth; and a second attachment means for attaching the mounting device to a blade of the speculum. The first and second attachment means are in spaced apart relation along the longitudinal axis of a speculum blade.</p> |
