Pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of formula (I) wherein the radicals denote e.g.: R1 is hydrogen or C1-C8-alkyl; R2 is hydrogen orC1-C8-alkyl; R3 is hydrogen or C1-C8-alkyl; R4 is OH; R5 is hydrogen, and a pharmaceutically acceptable cyclodextrin derivative can be used for the preparation of ophthalmic formulations.
