摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of color breakup and a flicker in an image that is viewed by a user. <P>SOLUTION: FIG. 16 shows a second arrangement example of LEDs in an LED surface. A vertical direction in the figure corresponds to a longitudinal direction of the LED surface 52. In terms of arbitrary 3&times;3 LEDs, a feature of the second arrangement example is that color components of the LEDs arranged in the vertical direction are different form each other and color components of the LEDs arranged in a lateral direction are the same. The second arrangement example can be manufactured easily compared to a first arrangement example. In this way, even when the number of rotations in a display part is low, by mixing LEDs of the respective R, G, B components in one LED surface, the occurrence of color breakup and a flicker in a displayed stereoscopic image can be suppressed.
