<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver capable of suppressing changes in frequency characteristics due to temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: The optical receiver comprises: an optical element 5 that converts an optical signal into an electric signal by applying a voltage from a power supply; a TIA 7 that amplifies an electric signal output from a light receiving element 5; and a thermister 4 that is mounted on at least either one of a transmission channel from the power supply to the light receiving element 5 and a transmission channel from the light receiving element 5 to the TIA 7, the thermister 4 having a negative temperature coefficient of resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
