The voltage dividing type bridgeless PFC circuit 1 has a second power factor improvement circuit 3 arranged in parallel to the first power factor improvement circuit 2, and that improves a power factor of a power by according a phase difference between a current generated by an applied negative voltage and the applied voltage in the case that a negative AC voltage is applied from exterior.
