<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light source device whose output does not descend with time even if laser light is output at high output level of 1 W or more. <P>SOLUTION: A laser light source device comprises: a laser light source part for emitting laser light; a wavelength conversion element which converts the wavelength of the laser light and outputs harmonic laser light; a light detecting part for detecting the harmonic laser light; a temperature control part for controlling the temperature of the wavelength conversion element; and a high frequency light integral amount calculation part which calculates a product of the output of the light detecting part and the time of the high frequency laser light, compares the product with a predetermined table, determines the target temperature of the wavelength conversion element, and outputs the target temperature to the temperature control part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
