<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate column which assures constant driving to obtain gas absorption as has been designed even when the driving condition is changed and the amount of gas supply is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The plate column includes a plate 3, a liquid supply section 4 and a gas supply section, and a liquid and a gas are made to be contact to each other on the plate 3. The liquid supply section 4 supplies the liquid to one side of the plate 3, and the plate 3 is equipped with a discharge section 6 for discharging the liquid to the other side. On the plate 3, a stopping 7 is provided on one side from the discharge section 6, and on one side from the stopping 7, a guide section 10 for guiding the gas from the gas supply section on the plate 3. A flow passage 9 for the gas communicating to the guide section 10 is formed on the plate 3, and a porous plate 8 for discharging the gas upward from the flow passage 9 is provided. The porous plate 8 is provided with an extending section 13 on the stopping side, extending to the side of the stopping 7 from the guide section 10A positioned most closely to the side of the stopping 7. On the extending section 13 on the stopping side, a gas blocking section 14 is provided to block the gas discharging out of the side closer to the stopping 7 from the position of the extending section 13 on the stopping side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
