The fitting has a train/push rod (16) formed in an elongated component (10) extending along a groove (12) in a longitudinal direction. A tensioning mechanism (20) adjusts an armature (18) in the longitudinal direction. A shrouded-type panel (30) is provided for the groove of the component. A bearing bank (22) defines a trough (24) into the groove for receiving the train/push rod. The trough is bounded laterally by elastic tongues (26) such that retainer cans (28) are formed for the train/push rod. The panel is fixed with bars that engage at the bearing bank around the tongues.
