摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge effective areas of individual optical detecting elements relative to individual radiation detecting elements. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detecting device comprises: a detection board 12 provided with a radiation detecting element array 13 that detects incidence of radiation, a photodiode 122 that detects the position of radiation incidence on the radiation detecting element array 13, and an anode terminal 125 electrically connected to the photodiode 122; a wiring board 11 provided with a wiring terminal 111 and a terminal pin 113 electrically connected to the wiring terminal 111; and solder 16 that electrically connects the anode terminal 125 and the wiring terminal 111. The anode terminal 125 is arranged at one end of the main face of the detection board 12. The detection board 12 is so mounted that the main face is substantially perpendicular to the wiring board 11 in a state in which one end is directed toward the wiring board 11.
