<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump unit which can prevent adverse impacts of electric equipment to the other apparatus when water leakage is occurred in a water flow path connecting the external and a water heat exchanger. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump unit includes: a water heat exchanger 2 for performing heat exchange between refrigerant and water; a water circuit 20 for supplying water provided from outside to the outside passing through the water heat exchanger 2; a lower chamber 11 for storing the water heat exchanger 2 in the heat pump unit X; and a partition plate 13 for dividing into the lower chamber 11 and an upper chamber 12 disposed on an upper part of the lower chamber 11. The water circuit 20 is stored in the lower chamber 11, for example, an electric equipment 5, such as an electronic circuit for controlling the heat pump unit X, and an air heat exchanger 3 for performing heat exchange between the refrigerant and outdoor air are stored in the upper chamber 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
