<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistive film type touch panel which emits light when a touch panel thereof is touched, thereby a user can clearly recognize the presence or absence of touch. <P>SOLUTION: A resistive film type touch panel includes a first transparent electrode 120 formed by laminating a P-type electrode layer 131 and a P-type semiconductor layer 133 on one surface of a first transparent substrate 110 in this order, a second transparent electrode 150 formed by laminating an N-type electrode layer 139, an N-type semiconductor layer 137, and an active layer 135 on one surface of a second transparent substrate 140 in this order, an adhesive layer 160 that bonds an edge part of the one surface of the first transparent substrate 110 and an edge part of the one surface of the second transparent substrate 140 such that the first transparent electrode 120 and the second transparent electrode 150 are separated from each other with a constant distance therebetween, and a power supply part that supplies voltage to the P-type electrode layer 131 and the N-type electrode layer 139 such that the active layer emits light when the first transparent substrate 110 is bent by addition of pressure to the other surface of the first transparent substrate 110 with input means and the first transparent electrode 120 is brought into contact with the second transparent electrode 150. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
