<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide resin composition which has practically sufficient mechanical strength, in which generation of gas at the time of compounding is controlled, extrudability and moldability are good, and which has outstanding flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polyamide resin composition includes a process which blends: (a) 35-60 mass% of a polyamide resin; (b) 35-55 mass% of glass fiber; (c) 1-15 mass% of at least any one of salts of phosphinic acid and/or diphosphonic acid chosen from the group consisting of calcium, magnesium, aluminum, and zinc; and (d) 1-15 mass% of an addition product formed from melamine and phosphate, using a blending device, wherein at least a part of temperatures after the position of the blending device which blends the (d) is made at least crystallization temperature and at most melting temperature of (a) the polyamide resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
