<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce the current consumption of a load itself when the load is put into a low electric power consumption operation. <P>SOLUTION: Element sizes of Zener diodes 29, 35 of constant voltage units 25, 26 and output current values of the constant current circuits 30, 32 are different from each other corresponding to a base current required by a transistor 8. In a standby operation state, switches 33, 38 are turned off and the constant voltage unit 25 selectively performs a constant voltage operation, whereas, in a normal operation state, the switches 33, 38 are turned on and the constant voltage units 25, 26 are selected together to perform the constant voltage operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
