The exchanger (1) has two plates (10, 20) arranged at a distance to each other. A flow throughable cavity is formed between the plates. The plates comprise recesses laterally spaced to each other. An adhesive strand is provided to a lying space between the recesses to connect the plates. A hole is provided in a region of an inner pot-shaped recess of a set of recess. A connector (4) is formed within a surface (3) of the plates, where the plates are formed from aluminum and molded in a deep-drawing process.
