<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electric camera platform device for surgery, which captures images during surgery in various directions. <P>SOLUTION: The electric camera platform device includes: a first drive part 1 which has an attaching member 50 to which a camera C for surgery is attached and rotates the camera C around a first shaft center L1 substantially coaxial with an optical axis Lc of the camera C by a first electric motor M1; a second drive part 2 which rotates the first drive part 1 around a second shaft center L2 orthogonal to the first shaft center L1 by a second electric motor M2; and a third drive part 3 which rotates the first and second drive parts 1 and 2 around a third shaft center L3 orthogonal to the first shaft center L1 and the second shaft center L2 by a third electric motor M3. The first drive part 1 has a cylindrical member 11 with the attaching member 50 attached to an inner peripheral surface 11a, and rotatable around the first shaft center L1.
