<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a disconnecting of a breaker and a grounding of a load side despite the enclosed structure of a housing thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The power receiving-transforming equipment has in a housing 24: a breaker 21 for disconnecting a power supply from a system power source to loads; an on/off mechanism part 22 for connecting/disconnecting the breaker 21; a grounding mechanism part 23 for grounding the load side when the breaker is in off state. The breaker 21 is fixedly disposed in the housing 24, while the on/off mechanism part 22 is slidably disposed at the behind of the breaker 21 so as to be able to connect/disconnect the breaker 21, and the grounding mechanism part 23 is slidably disposed at the behind of the on/off mechanism part 22 so as to be able to ground the on/off mechanism part 22.
