<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser fillet welding method for fillet-welding a first plate-like member to be welded with a second member to be welded by laser welding, achieving fillet welding with high joining reliability while securing the positional accuracy of both members to be joined. <P>SOLUTION: A through-hole 40 is provided in a site closer to the inside than an end of the first member 10 to be welded. In an overlapping condition that the first member 10 to be welded is superposed on one surface 21 of the second member 20 to be welded, the through-hole 40 is positioned on the surface 21 of the second member 20 to be welded, and a laser welding is performed with a side face 41 of the through-hole 40 assumed as a surface of the first member 10 to be welded that intersects with the one surface 21 of the second member 20 to be welded. Also, a projection 50 is provided on the one surface 21 of the second member 20 to be welded, and the position of the first member 10 to be welded to be superposed on the one surface 21 of the second member 20 to be welded is defined by bringing the projection 50 into contact with the first member 10 to be welded in the overlapping condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
