<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device capable of determining whether a disk reaches a discharge completion position when the disk is discharged with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: When a first detection part 19a is changed from a detection state to a non-detection state during a disk D is discharged, it is determined that the disk D reaches a discharge completion position (iv). However, the first detection part 19a is changed to a non-detection state when the disk D during discharging is forcedly pushed in and it may be erroneously determined that the disk D reaches the discharge completion position (iv). Consequently, when an optical head 21 does not detect reflection light from a recording surface of the disk D and the first detection part 19a is changed to a non-detection state, it is determined that the disk D reaches the discharge completion position (iv). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
