<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion body in which flexibility can be adjusted for each subdivided section and a sitting feeling for a passenger is improved, and a seat using the cushion body. <P>SOLUTION: In molding dies 30, 40 which have cavities H of prescribed shapes and in which opening rates of steam holes 31, 41 formed on mold surfaces are set so as to be different according to sections of the mold surface, sheet-like fiber structures 13, 14, 15 cut into prescribed shapes are placed in a compressed state, and steam is blown on the molding dies 30, 40. Thus a molding is formed so that surface layers 16a-16d have different hardness by sections correspondingly to the opening rates of the steam holes 31, 41, while the surface layer 16d of a non-load-receiving face side 12 is formed so as to have surface hardness higher than other sections, and a plurality of first grooves 17 recessed in the thickness direction of the sheet-like fiber structures 13, 14, 15 are provided to be extended along the height direction of the seat S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
