PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hesperidin composition that has high hesperidin content and is excellent in solubility, and to provide a method of producing the hesperidin composition.

SOLUTION: The method of producing the hesperidin composition includes a step of heating hesperidin and a hesperidin sugar adduct at 100-180°C in the presence of an aqueous medium.
