<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for managing contents that can create information indicating association between the contents and can manage the association between the contents. <P>SOLUTION: A file name including a first character string common among files set as mutually associated files in a managed file group and a second character string different among the files set as mutually associated files in the managed file group is associated with a file so as to manage the file in a memory. Information specifying the file managed in the memory is received from a client device. A file associated with a file name including the first character string common to the file name associated with the file specified by the information is retrieved from the file group in the memory.
