The wiring extension parts (24a - 24e) within a plurality of said wiring layers are extended respectively in a Y1-Y2 direction in a state where there are a gaps in the X1-X2 direction on the X1 non input area side (12a) on the same side as the input area, while the wire width of each of the wiring extension part (24a - 24e) is provided in proximity in a row arrangement in the X1-X2 direction, and is such that the less the number of areas of wiring layers, the larger the wire width.
