<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To investigate a remittance route in which, when performing financial institution remittance, a remittance charge is lower than the remittance charge required for direct remittance from a remittance source financial institution account to a remittance destination financial institution account. <P>SOLUTION: A lowest financial institution remittance charge route investigation system is provided in which, when a remittance applicant is to perform remittance from an origin remittance source financial institution account to a target remittance destination financial institution account, in accordance with a change in remittance charge corresponding to a remittance amount or a remittance charge variation condition such as a charge preferential service or the limited number of times of free remittance charges based on the saving amount or the borrowing amount, such a remittance route as to minimize remittance charges is presented.
