<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device enabling a user to recognize a situation where paper has already stacked on a paper discharge tray designated as a paper output destination by the user. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 100 includes the paper discharge trays 91, 93, paper detection sensors 232, 234, an image storage part 240, a light emitting part 250 and a CPU 200. The light emitting part 250 can emit light to indicate the state of the image forming device 100, and is provided in a position which is on the upper front side of the image forming device 100 and which can be visually recognized from the periphery of the image forming device 100 when emitting light. In a case where the image forming device 100 receives image data from information processing devices 310, 320, 330, when determining that the paper detection sensor 232 or 234 detects that paper is stacked on the paper discharge tray 91 or 93 designated by the information processing devices 310, 320, 330 as a paper discharge destination, the CPU 200 makes the light emitting part 250 emit light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
