<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated article excellent in water resistance adhesion on a non-treated steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This film forming method using an electrodeposition bath that contains an aqueous film-forming agent (I) comprising a specific amino group-containing modified epoxy resin (A), a blocked polyisocyanate curing agent (B), and a phenol resin (C), and also comprises 30-20,000 ppm of a zirconium compound (D) in a metal mass conversion, includes performing a first electrodeposition coating by energizing a metal material as a cathode with a coating voltage (V<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) of 1-50 V for 10-360 seconds, and then performing a second and later electrodeposition coatings by energizing the metal material as the cathode with a coating voltage (V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of 50-400 V for 60-600 seconds, wherein the difference of the coating voltage (V<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) and the coating voltage (V<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) is 10 V or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
