<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the non-display (blackout) period of a video in display means when switching an external apparatus for supplying a digital signal to be displayed by video. <P>SOLUTION: A switcher 9 connects any one of HDMI input terminals 6, to which external apparatuses 19 are respectively connected, to HDMI reception parts 10a, 10b, and a switcher 11 connects any one of the reception parts 10a, 10b to a signal processing part 12. When an operation part 18 indicates a DVD recorder 19a in a state where the switcher 9 connects the input terminal 6b to the signal reception part 10b, the switcher 11 connects the signal reception part 10b to the signal processing part 12, and also a video from a game machine 19b is displayed on a display panel 13, the switcher 9 further connects the input terminal 6a to the signal reception part 10a, but the switcher 11 switches from the signal reception part 10b into the signal reception part 10a after authentication is completed between the DVD recorder 19a and the signal reception part 10a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
