发明名称 POLLUTION-FREE REUSE METHOD FOR IRON-BASED GRINDING SCRAP
摘要 A pollution-free reuse method for iron-based grinding scrap relating to green recycle and reuse technology of iron-based grinding scrap in metallurgical industry is disclosed. The reuse method includes steps of removing the oil ingredient, performing heat treatment, screening, matching the ratio, etc. The resultant iron-based alloy powder can be used for self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) lining steel tubes, powder metallurgical structures, magnetic grinding and thermal spraying. The recovery rate of the iron-based alloy powder in the invention is more than 95 percent. The invention has advantages of wide raw material, low cost, no secondary pollution, high recycle and reuse rate, and versatile powder.
