In the present disclosures, a battery block is configured from a plurality of battery cells. The plurality of battery cells have a positive electrode and a negative electrode on one surface of the battery block. An FPC substrate is provided to one surface of the battery block. A first circuit for detecting voltage between terminals of each battery cell is mounted on the FPC substrate. The FPC substrate has a configuration wherein the voltage detection lines for electrically connecting the first circuit and the positive or negative electrode of each battery cell are integrally formed to an insulating substrate comprising a flexible material.
