<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the locking/unlocking operation of a cover, and to surely recognize a locking/unlocking state to be identified. <P>SOLUTION: This plug 3 includes a ring member 20 having a center opening 22 around a center axis 10 penetrating in the vertical direction, and a hinge 23 at one end connected to a hinge receiving portion 16 so as to be turnable, and a rotary member 21 which is mounted to an inside opening 20A of the ring member 20 so as to be turnable and on the side face of which a second male screw 30 as a locking protrusion is disposed. A hinge shaft hole 39 is formed in an oblong hole shape longer in the direction of the center axis 10 during closing the cover.
