<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the vessel allocation plan capable of minimizing the transport cost including the determination that the navigation with consecutive service vessels and trampers becomes surplus. <P>SOLUTION: The operation restriction is prepared, in which the vessel list and the data such as the vessel operation status of each vessel in the vessel list are captured, the vessels are extracted from the vessel list on the basis of the vessel operation status, and a pattern of the combination of the loading port and the unloading port for each extracted vessel. By using a mathematical model expressing the vessel operational restriction or the like, the optimum calculation is executed on the basis of the target function regarding the transport cost, and a simulator is operated on the basis of the result of the optimum calculation. If the total target trade of raw materials is smaller than the total maximum loading amount by the extracted consecutive service vessels and trampers, the operational restriction including the pattern of the combination between the loading port and the unloading port including a set of preset dummy loading ports and dummy unloading ports is prepared for each of the extracted vessels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
