<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coreless adhesive tape roll not including a core material such as a paper pipe and being easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: In the coreless adhesive tape roll, an adhesive tape 20 having one surface of an easy peeling off surface 21 and the other surface of an adhesive surface 22 is rolled up making a band-like end member 30 connected to one end 23 side in a longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape 20 as a beginning part of rolling up. One surface 31 of the end member 30 comprises a non-peeling off area 32 formed on one end 34 side in the longitudinal direction and a peeling off area 33 other than the non-peeling off area 32, and the adhesive surface 22 on one end 23 side of the adhesive tape 20 is superposed and adhered to one surface 31 of the end member 30 such that it covers the whole surface of the non-peeling off area 32 of the end member 30 and at least a part of the peeling off area 33 is exposed.
