<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial eccentric screw pump equipped with a stator bearing structure that can suppress frictional resistance in the thrust direction of a stator while improving assembly workability/disassemblability, cleanability and washability. <P>SOLUTION: The uniaxial eccentric screw pump is equipped with a male screw-shaped rotor 2 directly connected to a drive shaft 3, and a stator 4 that is rotatably supported in a housing 7 through a bearing and has a female screw-shaped inner surface, in which the axis of rotation L1 is disposed eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation L2 of the rotor 2. The rotor 2 performs an eccentric motion with respect to the shaft center of the stator 4 while rotating so that a fluid is pressure-delivered from the suction side 8 to the discharge side 9. The bearing is made of the resin that meets the provisions of the Food Sanitation Act and is composed of cylindrical self-lubricating resin radial bearings 5 and 6 that support both ends of the stator 4 rotatably, and three-layered grease sealing type thrust bearings 30 and 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
