<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform display work at a shop while surely maintaining a packaging state during transportation. <P>SOLUTION: This box for both package and display includes a tray 1 for storing commodities and an outer frame 2 covering outer peripheries to display commodities by extracting the outer frame 2 from the tray 1. The tray 1 includes a peripheral wall continuously having sidewalls 11 and end walls 12, 13, a bottom wall 15, and a lid plate 16 continuously provided at an upper end of the end wall 13. The outer frame 2 includes the peripheral wall continuously having sidewalls 21 and end walls 22, 23, an opened bottom surface, and a lid receiving piece 25 continuously provided at an upper end of the peripheral wall. When packaging commodities, the lid receiving piece 25 is bent inward, and the lid plate 16 is covered on the lid receiving piece and closed.
