<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding-type portable wireless device having a rotary 2-axis structure capable of making a main unit thinner and smaller in size while securing stable antenna performance in two closed states of a normal closed state and an inverted closed state. <P>SOLUTION: In a normal closed state in which a first face where a liquid crystal display 15 of a third casing 12 exists faces a first casing 10, a second ground conductor 16 is arranged between a power supply part 17a and a part of an antenna element 17, and a first circuit board 13 that is a first ground conductor.
