Hand-held electrical shears has a housing with a tool head and a grip part, an electric motor, a drive shaft driven by the electric motor via a transmission, a rotatable tool mounted on the drive shaft, and a rechargeable energy accumulator in the grip part. The transmission and a portion of the electric motor are in the tool head, an actuating element of an on/off switch is on an underside of the grip part, a grip cover is attached to a top side of the grip part. A shaft end section extending laterally out of the housing carries a bearing flange with a driving element for the tool, and a blade retaining plate with a counter-blade and a supporting base are detachably attached in a flattened region of the housing. |
