The invention relates to a device for measuring skin structure, which may include: a plurality of light sources arranged in respectively different directions with respect to the portion of skin to be measured, and configured to sequentially emit light on the skin; and a unit for capturing an image of the skin and generating a plurality of images corresponding to each of the plurality of light sources. The method for measuring skin structure may include the steps of: sequentially emitting light in a plurality of mutually different light-emitting directions and capturing a plurality of images corresponding to each of the plurality of light-emitting directions; and using the plurality of brightness levels of the plurality of images to generate a normal map corresponding to the information on the normal to the surface of the skin.
