The module has a transmission and reception device i.e. global system for mobile communication (GSM)module, and a localization device i.e. global positioning system (GPS) module, combined into a common integrated unit i.e. sealed unit. A supplementary processor and a memory unit are integrated into the detection module, where the detection module is integrated into a housing of a power socket or a separate housing (2) to be connected with an electrical power supply such that the detection module is invisible from outside.
