<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive biaxially oriented white polyethylene terephthalate film excellent in environmental resistance (such as hydrolysis resistance and weather resistance) and suitable in fields that demand reflection efficiency and reduced weight; and a back protective film for use in a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The biaxially oriented white polyethylene terephthalate film is a polyethylene terephthalate film that has a thickness D of 175[μm] or more, a concentration W of a white pigment content of 2.0-10.0 [weight%], an intrinsic viscosity IV of 0.65 [dl/g] or more, 26 [equivalents/ton] or fewer terminal carboxyl groups AV, and an elemental phosphorus content P of 70 [ppm by weight] or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
