<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the amount of power usage with accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Information for displaying on a display 14 is generated by making a gateway 4 process measured values (with time stamp)transmitted from a power meter 2, an appliance monitor 5, a solar module 10 and a battery center 13 through wireless LAN. The gateway 4 synchronizes the amount of power usage with each other by time stamp and further calculates an integrated value of the amount of power usage in a time direction.
