<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a plurality of images while suppressing occurrence of artifact while suppressing luminance change. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a measurement area setting unit 11 for setting to each image a motion vector measurement area being an area to measure at least one motion vectors in a plurality of images to be composed; an arithmetic unit 12 for calculating motion vectors between a plurality of images in the motion vector measurement areas set by the measurement area setting unit 11; a reliability arithmetic unit 13 for calculating the reliability of the motion vectors; and an image composition unit 14 which while correcting the positional shift between images on the basis of the motion vectors, composes the images on the basis of a composition ratio of each pixel determined on the basis of the feature amount of each pixel between the images and reliability of the motion vectors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
