<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing polyolefin resin film which is excellent in transparency and heat resistant dimensional stability and suitable for surface protection. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the polyolefin resin film which includes heat-treating the polyolefin resin film subjected to melting extrusion, by bringing the polyolefin resin film into contact with a heating roll having surface temperature of 80-140°C without using a nip roll, after bringing the polyolefin resin film into contact with a cooling roll having surface temperature of 30°C or less and carrying out cooling solidification, the surface free energy of the material of the part in contact with the film of the heating roll is equal to or lower than 23 mJ/m2.
