<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation control device capable of responding to customers' demands quickly. <P>SOLUTION: A starter 60 has: a memory 63 in which eight operation patterns of an output to an induction motor are stored; and an operation controller 64 that adjusts the output to the induction motor from start to stop according to one operation pattern selected from the eight operation patterns.
