<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film which contains an acrylic resin and a cellulose ester resin and is improved in adhesion to a polarizer. <P>SOLUTION: A forming method of an optical film 5 includes a casting process for casting a resin solution 2 on a support 101a, a peeling process for peeling a web 3 formed on the support 101a from the support 101a, and a stretching process for stretching the peeled web 3. As the resin of the resin solution 2, an acrylic resin and a cellulose ester resin are contained. As the stretching process, a first stretching process and a second stretching process which is carried out after the first stretching process are included.
